The ground floor comprises of:
Kitchen
A fully stocked working kitchen with everything you need to rustle up a family supper or a full Christmas lunch. Appliances include a Smeg 6 ring double oven, dishwasher, microwave, magimix, coffee grinder, waffle maker. There is a pine table in the kitchen which seats 6.
Main Living Room
This large room has a wooden floor and a large open fireplace. There are two comfy sofas and various chairs, a coffee table and a door to the small hall which leads off the front door.
The other end of the room has a large oval dining table with eight covered dining chairs, a large dresser containing table linens and place mats and drinks on the top that visitors are welcome to help themselves to.
End Living Room
This room has a dark wood floor and contains a large sofa, 3 armchairs a coffee table and piano. It also has a bang and olufsen tv with sky tv, an open fireplace and shelves full of books and DVDs.
The first floor comprises of
Bedroom 1
The pink room has a large super king bed and a white dressing table and straight back chair. The ensuite bathroom contains a wc, two separate sink units, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers and a stand alone bath and chest of drawers, plus a hairdryer and straightening irons.
The cottage room has a double bed and a large blue chest of drawers and hard back pink chair.
Bedroom 3
The lilac room has a king size bed, an armoir containing linens, a chest of drawers and dresser and hardback lilac striped chair.
Bathroom 2
The cottage room and the lilac room share bathroom 2. This has a sink unit, WC, bath and shower.
The airing cupboard can be found in the upstairs hall and contains the switches for the hot water and central heating.
